Highly trained counselors provide excellent care to help you through your most important and difficult life circumstances. Counseling can be done individually, as a couple, as a family, or in a group. Therapy sessions are aimed at helping you to process your thoughts, receive feedback, and develop skills and strategies to help improve your well-being. All counselors are invested in respecting and supporting your relationship with God if/when appropriate.

Counseling Fee

상담비용

  • $275 – Initial Intake Session
  • $250 – Regular Session
  • $275 – Couples/Family Session

Career Counseling services typically include an intake session, an online career assessment, and a follow-up session to discuss the results.

  • For 9th-12th graders, college students, and adults
  • Receive a career and personality profile
  • Discuss your results with a professional

Clients are given a copy of their career assessment results during the follow-up session. If a client would like more than one follow-up session, that can be arranged for an additional fee.

The results report includes information about what the client might enjoy doing, how they might work and learn best, and suggested careers based off of the client’s assessment results.

These services are not recommended for individuals younger than 15 years old, since career assessment results tend to be more accurate for adults.

직업상담 또는 적성검사 서비스는 일반적으로 첫 인터뷰만남과(intake session), 직업/적성검사를 보는 시간과 그후 다시 상담자와 인터뷰와 검사 결과를 논의하기 위한 후속 세션이 포함됩니다. 내담자는 후속 세션 동안 자신의 직업 평가 결과에 대한 리포트를 받게 됩니다. 만약 내담자가 후속 세션을 더 원하실 경우, 별도의 추가요금이 부가될 수도 있습니다.

  • 9-12 학년, 대학생, 성인을 위한 적성검사및 진로 상담을 합니다.
  • 직업과 성격 (기질)프로필을 받습니다.
  • 당신의 장점, 관심분야, 추천 직업을 찾기 위해 전문가와 상담 결과를 가지고 토론합니다.
  • 당신이 이상적으로 일할 수 있는 일과 학습 환경, 탁월해 질 수 있는 분야, 그리고 당신의 연구와 경력에 균형을 이룰 수 있도록 돕는 활동에 대한 가치 있는 피드백을 얻습니다.

직업/적성상담을 통해 내담자는 자신이 행복해하며 할 수 있는 것이 무엇인지, 어떻게 가장 잘 일을 하고 배울 수 있는 지에 대한 정보를 받습니다.

이 서비스는 9학년 이하의 사람들에게는 추천하지 않습니다. 왜냐하면 직업 평가결과가 어른들에게 좀 더 정확하게 나타나는 경향이 있기 때문입니다.

What is Neurofeedback Therapy?

Neurofeedback Therapy uses electroencephalogram (EEG) technology to monitor brain activity. By looking at EEG readings while engaging in therapeutic exercises, we can help you improve brain functioning, emotional regulation, and mental performance by exercising the central nervous system. The process is noninvasive and simply requires EEG sensors to be placed on the scalp to record brain waves.

This treatment can be effective for those struggling with attention difficulties, nightmares, trouble with sleep, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and PTSD.

뉴로피드백 (뇌파)치료란?

뇌는 뇌파를 통해 작용합니다. 뇌파기능이 잘못 되어 있을 때 여러가지 질환이 생길 수 있습니다. 뉴로피드백 치료는 뇌파 조절을 통해 뇌기능의 변화를 가져오게 합니다. 뇌파 치료를 통해 뇌의 기능을 증진시키고, 감정 조절을 가져오며, 심리적 증상, 불면증등을 치료합니다. 뇌파 치료는 몸에 해로운 것이나 통증이 없으며, 두피에 감지를 붙여서 뇌파를 측정하고 조절 합니다. 뇌파 치료는 정신 집중 문제, 악몽, 불면증, 불안증, 우울증, 마약중독, PTSD등에 도움이 됩니다.

One of GIFT’s missions is to partner with and support the local and global church. We seek to accomplish this through offering experienced, affordable, Christian professional counseling for ministers and their families, support groups, training and seminars, and missionary care.

Counseling for ministers and their families

Caregivers need care too. We are dedicated to providing support services to ministers and their families in a confidential environment. Our trained counselors understand the pressures of ministry and desire to support you. In recognition of the need for pastors to receive their own care and healing, we provide reduced rate counseling services for individuals in ministry and their families.

Training and Seminars

We offer various training programs to equip people to serve at their churches. Our therapists are equipped to lead a variety of classes, seminars, and training programs for your church staff or congregation. We can also share resources or cater various training programs to your church’s specific desires and needs. In addition, We offer free consultation on ministry issues in our areas of expertise.

Missionaries face a unique set of circumstances and often need a safe place to process through their experience. We have staff with understanding and experience in these areas who are ready to help. We are eager to work with you, and/or supporting church, to get you the help you desire while you are in the Southern California area.
